Rosso di Montepulciano DOC
This Rosso di Montepulciano is the result of a completely spontaneous fermentation of the grapes, with repeated aerating pumpovers, for about 20 days.
After terminating also the malolactic fermentation, the wine rested for about 4/5 months in small woods, after which it was assembled for another 3/4 months in a stainless steel tank and subsequently refined in bottle for a period of 4 months.
Brown red, with garnet shades.
Intense, good depth, with hints of citrus alternating with a floral of violets and roses.
In the mouth you feel good dynamism, enveloping structure, with soft and round tannins, that accompany a persistent finish.
